Mindfulness Instruction for Stressful Times

In response to this time of heightened stress and isolation due to the COVID–19 crisis, I am offering online meditation instruction. These live practice sessions are held on Saturdays for 45 minutes and are free to all. The programming is hosted on Zoom and will feature a brief talk and guided practice. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A at the end. The meeting invitation is created on a monthly basis.
